“xm create”的“-c”選項也沒有任何意義……或者Windows有串列控制台嗎？我認為不是，但不確定。

首先嘗試修復上述問題，然後嘗試查看您的 Windows 作業系統是否在此之後啟動。如果是這樣，您可以使用VNC或virt-viewer而不是串列控制台連接到它。
