我的客戶端正在執行 Vista SP2 和 putty 0.60.0.0。

正如 Chris 所說，Globalscape 只是一個 SFTP 伺服器，而不是一般的 SSH 伺服器。它不會接受來自 ssh 客戶端的連接。請參閱此知識庫文章。
