Docker Containers（基本上是應用程序隔離，afaik）看起來很方便，但它們僅適用於 Linux。即使是“Docker Container for Windows”也基本上只是將 Linux VM 安裝到 Windows 上的 VirtualBox 中。

還沒有，沒有 - 它已被宣佈為下一版本的 Windows Server (Windows Server 2016) 的一項功能。
