下載的 exe 文件需要我打開文件的屬性並點擊“取消阻止”，因為

"This file came from another computer and might be
blocked to help protect this computer."

否則在執行 exe 文件時，我會收到錯誤消息

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path,
or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions
to access the item.

編輯羅伊的答案應該有效，所以我接受了。由於目前仍處於打開狀態的這個 Chrome 錯誤，它不適用於我的Google瀏覽器。

您可以使用組策略來禁用此行為，但我不建議這樣做。

只需通過右鍵點擊文件、屬性、正常選項卡來取消阻止文件 - 點擊取消阻止按鈕。

組策略：

執行gpedit.msc

使用者配置>管理模板> Windows 組件>附件管理器

啟用：不要在文件附件中保留區域資訊

從添加/刪除 Windows 組件中解除安裝“Internet Explorer 增強的安全配置”。

註銷，重新登錄，您應該一切順利。
