• 電腦的網路是否配置為使用 Active Directory DNS 伺服器（只有它們，沒有外部伺服器）？
• 你能成功解析 DC 名稱嗎？
• 你能成功ping通他們嗎？
• 您可以訪問它們上的網路共享（fe SYSVOL）嗎？

另外：如果您停止和/或解除安裝 Symantec Endpoint Protection，會發生什麼情況？

我的第一個建議是禁用或刪除一台客戶端電腦上的所有賽門鐵克組件，看看是否能解決問題。
