您已經upstream fastcgi_backend定義了兩次： inmysites.conf和 in wallpapershop.gr.conf.save。因此，您收到錯誤消息nginx: [emerg] duplicate upstream "fastcgi_backend"。

通過刪除第二個配置文件（按照 Michael Hampton 的建議），您解決了問題。
