如何在 nginx 中設置 HTTP 狀態碼原因片語

伴隨狀態碼的 HTTP 響應的原因片語不固定。與其退貨，不如200 OK退貨是合法的200 Everything fine。

nginx 為一些眾所周知的狀態碼預定義了原因片語，但不是全部。例如，到目前為止，nginx 還不知道 RFC 6585 狀態程式碼的原因片語511 Network Authentication Required。
