內部伺服器錯誤在瀏覽器中註冊，在 Apache 錯誤日誌文件中我只能看到同時拋出以下警告：

[warn] mod_fcgid: process XXXXX graceful kill fail, sending SIGKILL

mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 45 seconds
Premature end of script headers: index.php

這來自快速 cgi 配置，我增加了 IOTimeout 值/etc/httpd/conf.d/fcgid.conf

FcgidIOTimeout 45 to FcgidIOTimeout 300
