IIS w3c logfile中不同欄位的順序？

我有一個 IIS 訪問日誌的 W3C 日誌文件。我無法找出這些數字的含義：

當然有些欄位是清楚的，但最後的三個零代表什麼？

日誌文件的標題應包含一個包含欄位名的標題：

“sc-” 伺服器到客戶端操作

sc-substatus - The substatus error code.
sc-win32-status - The Windows status code.
time-taken - The length of time that the action took, in milliseconds.
