網站上的圖像不一致的 403 禁止問題

請求嵌入在網頁上的圖像時，我得到不一致的 HTTP 403 禁止結果。這在 FireFox 中發生得更頻繁，但在 Chrome 中也偶爾發生。這個網站已經使用了很多年，幾週前才出現。我同時控製網站和伺服器，但不確定如何解決此問題。當我刷新頁面時，它似乎是導致問題的不同資源組合。
