我正在嘗試使用 monit v5.1 發送通知郵件。我使用 Google Apps 作為郵件伺服器，所以我想使用他們的基礎設施來發送郵件。

我在 /etc/monit/monitrc 中輸入了以下資訊：

set mailserver smtp.gmail.com PORT 587 USERNAME "info@mydomain.com" PASSWORT "mypassword" using TLSV1 with timeout 30 seconds

當 monit 嘗試發送郵件時，我收到以下錯誤：

Sendmail error: 530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first.

如何告訴 monit 使用 STARTTLS？如何使用 Google Apps 郵件伺服器通過 monit 發送提醒郵件？

如果有人遇到同樣的問題，僅供參考……這只是一個拼寫錯誤，我應該使用“PASSWORD”而不是“PASSWORT”。然後一切正常。
