vsftpd 錯誤無法綁定套接字或連接

我剛剛安裝vsftpd在執行 ubuntu 的機架空間雲伺服器上。

重新啟動後，我收到以下錯誤：

root@scrapy:~# vsftpd 500 OOPS: could not bind listening IPv4 socket

Transmit當我嘗試 ftp 時出現此錯誤：

Error -203: miscellaneous error occurred while trying to login to the host
