為什麼 Cisco 埠未連接但另一端出現

在我的 Cisco Catalyst 3850 上，有一個 SFP 模組連接到另一台設備，另一台設備（供應商設備）上的埠出現，但我的介面仍然關閉。DOM 資訊顯示我接收和傳輸 pegel，如果我在該介面上執行關閉命令，另一端就會關閉。

我換了SFP模組還是一樣，換了埠也是一樣的結果。如何解決此問題。

對我來說有點奇怪，另一台設備上的埠出現了，但我的設備仍然關閉。

供應商喜歡禁用一切留給機會的東西。用於speed nonegotiate啟動連結。
