Mysql 正在執行，我認為這可能會覆蓋埠。但我不確定如何解除安裝 mysql，或者釋放埠以便 Postgresql 可以啟動和使用它們。

PostgreSQL 已經在執行，但有人手動啟動它，而不是通過 systemd 單元。在嘗試啟動另一個之前終止現有的 PostgreSQL 程序。
