Azure 備份失敗並出現錯誤 80780049 和 8078010E

我們使用 Microsoft Azure 恢復服務 (MARS) 代理來備份 Windows Server 2012 R2 伺服器的系統狀態。

這些備份開始失敗並出現以下錯誤：

Unable to perform the operation as Windows Server Backup job failed with error message: None of the items included in backup were backed up.
Detailed error: Copy of the files failed.
HResult:80780049 DetailedHResult:8078010E

我在網上沒有發現與這些特定錯誤相關的內容，因此這篇文章。

我有：

1. 發現https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4053355/microsoft-azure-recovery-services-agent-system-state-backup-failure說要查看 WSB 故障日誌，但該選項不存在由於某些原因。
2. 發現vssadmin list writers報告所有 VSS 編寫器都是穩定的。
3. 發現 C: 有 23.3 GB 空閒 99.6 GB。
4. 嘗試將 C: 上的捲影複製限制從 8156 MB 增加到 20480 MB（佔總數的 20%），但這並沒有什麼不同。
5. 發現volsnap備份時記錄的事件說The oldest shadow copy of volume C: was deleted to keep disk space usage for shadow copies of volume C: below the user defined limit.
6. 嘗試將 C: 上的捲影複製限制再次從 20480 MB 增加到 30720 MB，但這也沒有什麼不同。

我發現我們的 RMM 系統在備份失敗時報告了以下內容：

1. We have observed that the free disk space on <server hostname>\C: volume is 1939 MB, which is below the threshold set.
2. Free Disk Space for C: drive on <server hostname> is now 28106 MB.

我將 C: 的儲存容量從 100 GB 增加到 125 GB，解決了這個問題。
